This policy explains when and how you can cancel orders.

Cancellation Eligibility

• Before Shipping: Cancel anytime before order is processed/shipped.

• After Shipping: Cancellation not possible. Instead, follow the Return Policy.

• Customized Orders: Cannot be cancelled once processing begins, unless defective/delayed.

How to Cancel

1. Email ecommerce@dishaimpex.com with order number and reason.

2. If eligible, cancellation will be processed within 1–2 business days.

3. You’ll receive a confirmation email.

Refunds for Cancelled Orders

• Cancel before shipment → Full refund

• Cancel after shipment/refuse delivery → Shipping charges deducted

• Refunds within 7–14 business days

Late Delivery Cancellations

Under UAE law, you may cancel without penalty if delivery exceeds 15 days beyond agreed date (unless otherwise accepted).

Exceptions

Non-cancellable items:

• Perishable goods

• Opened health/hygiene items

• Digital products/downloadable content

• Customized/made-to-order items (unless defective/delayed)
