At Disha Impex Trading LLC, your satisfaction is our priority. We follow UAE consumer protection laws and offer a 7-day return and refund policy.

1. Return Eligibility

You may return a product within 7 days from the date of delivery if:

• The item is defective or damaged.

• The wrong product was delivered.

• The product does not match the description or specifications.

Non-returnable items (as per UAE law):

• Perishable items (e.g., food, flowers).

• Opened personal care items (e.g., cosmetics, underwear).

• Customized/personalized products.

• Digital goods/software once downloaded or activated.

2. Return Conditions

• Products must be unused, in original packaging, with all tags, manuals, and invoices.

• Items damaged due to misuse are not eligible.

• Return shipping costs are borne by the customer unless the error is ours.

3. Refunds

• Card Payments: Refunds will be credited back to the original card used for purchase.

• Cash on Delivery (COD): Refunds will be issued as a store discount/credit note.

• Credit Note Validity: 6 months from the date of issue.

• Refunds are processed within 7–14 business days after inspection and approval.

• Shipping fees are non-refundable (unless the return is due to our error).

4. Exchanges

• Exchanges are subject to product availability.

• If the product is unavailable, you may choose an alternative item or request a refund as per the above terms.

5. Cancellations

• Orders can be cancelled before shipping for a full refund.

• If already shipped, you may request a return after delivery under this Refund Policy.

• Customized/made-to-order items cannot be cancelled once processing begins (unless defective or delayed).

6. Consumer Rights under UAE Law

As per UAE Federal Law No. (15) of 2020 on Consumer Protection, you have the right to:

• Replacement, repair, or refund for faulty or misrepresented products.

• Cancel orders without penalty if delivery is delayed beyond 15 days (unless agreed otherwise).
