Shipping Methods & Delivery Time
Standard Shipping: 2–5 business days
AED 35 for orders below AED 250
AED 100 for remote areas (e.g., Kizad, Airports, Ruwais)
Free Shipping: 3–5 business days for orders above AED 300
Orders are processed within 24–48 hours (excluding weekends & public holidays).
Shipping Delays & Liability
Delays may occur due to logistics, weather, or holidays.
Under UAE law, you may cancel your order if the delivery is delayed beyond 15 days (unless agreed otherwise).

Shipping Address & Failed Deliveries
Ensure accurate address & contact info at checkout.
Failed deliveries due to incorrect info may incur re-delivery charges.
Unclaimed packages may return to our warehouse after 7 days.
Damaged or Lost Packages
Report within 48 hours.
We’ll coordinate with logistics partners for replacement/refund.
